Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour with Taste Copenhagen, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Participants are responsible for informing Taste Copenhagen of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or other relevant requirements at the time of booking.

Taste Copenhagen reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, tasting locations, or route if required due to availability, weather conditions, public events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tours operate in all weather conditions unless otherwise communicated by Taste Copenhagen. Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear.

Participation in the tour is at your own risk. Taste Copenhagen cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy for Public Tours

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

Bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy for Private Tours

Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

Bookings cancelled between 7 and 14 days before the tour start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the tour start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Changes & Rescheduling

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tastecopenhagen.com.

While we will always try to help where we can, changes and rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the tour start time for public tours and within 7 days for private tours cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation by Taste Copenhagen

In the unlikely event that Taste Copenhagen needs to cancel a tour, guests will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to join the tour on another available date, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. To provide the best possible experience for all guests, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals once the tour has started.

In exceptional circumstances, such as delays beyond your control, please call us at +45 51 88 40 33 before the tour begins. We will do our best to help you rejoin the group at a later stop along the route, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation & Refund Requests

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@tastecopenhagen.com.

Cancellations and refunds are not valid until you have received a written confirmation from Taste Copenhagen.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
